Energy Rebates  

Fromm partners with local utility providers, such as PPL, PECO, and Met-Ed, to find rebates and incentives to help customers cover the installation costs of energy-efficient upgrades (retrofits, renovations, and even new construction).  

Rebates are available for: interior and exterior lighting, lighting controls, HVAC systems, variable frequency drives, and data centers.  

PECO Customers Can Get
LED Fixtures for as Little as $1  

Due to a very generous current rebate program, customers in the PECO service area can get LED light fixtures for as little as $1.   

Current PECO Rebates  

• LED High Bay Fixtures: $135-$200  
• LED High Bay Retrofit Kits: $135-$180  
• LED Low Bay Fixtures and Retrofit Kits: $45-$160  
• LED Replacement Lamps (four-and eight-foot tubes) $8-$9  

There are also substantial rebates for variable frequency drives and HVAC equipment. Incentives are available until May 15, 2026, or while funds last. Terms and conditions apply.
